Prodotto eccellente

Prodotto eccellente, sensazione di qualità ineccepibile. Ho rilevato una precisione addirittura maggiore rispetto ad un orologio ben più costoso di un noto marchio equipaggiato con lo stesso movimento. Un ringraziamento a Dave Pomphrey, veramente disponibilissimo nel fornire tutte le spiegazioni richieste.

A fantastic watch

I just took delivery of the Waffle edition of the Sub-Aquatic. Wow; what a beauty. Hard to do justice to it until you have it in hand. The blue waffle dial is really something, and the readability (in all light conditions) is superb. The whole effect; blue dial, black ceramic bezel and stainless steel case really works so well. Well worth the wait (and frankly, a bargain for such quality, in my view).

Totally blown away

Absolutely love this time piece. What's not to like. The dimensions are perfect for me. Love the weight and feel of quality. The workmanship is amazing from the milled signed clasp and quality bracelet, to the effect and look of the face. Overall a very good choice in the quality of materials used. Excellent value for money. Well done Pompeak!

    How are products shipped?

    All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (we aim for 24).

    UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48.
    International orders are shipped via DHL express (tracked).

    Where are order shipped from?

    Every order is shipped direct from our UK base in Bristol.

    What is your return policy?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please use our contact form or get in touch via email to arrange a free return: contact@pompeak.com

    Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is undamaged and unused.

    How do I change the battery?

    The beauty of mechanical watches is that there is no battery used. The Sub-Aquatic features automatic/self-winding mechanical movements and a 38 hour power reserve to minimize the need for manual winding.

    What is your warranty policy?

    To ensure your timepiece keeps ticking well, we suggest servicing every 2-5 years, depending on usage. Should you encounter any manufacturing issues at all within the first 2 years of owning the watch, get in touch and we'll put it right, free of charge. This does not include water damage as the integrity of the water resistance is highly dependent on correct crown operation.

    What is "20ATM"?

    "20 ATM" / "200m water resistance" refers to the pressure seal rating of the watch where 1 ATM is 1 atmosphere of pressure at seal level. 20 ATM = 20 atmospheres of pressure, which is often shown as, and tested at 200m of static water.

    What this means in reality is that you are safe to take your watch in the shower, for a swim and recreational diving provided all seals are in good condition and the crown is securely screwed in.
