    How are products shipped?

    All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (we aim for 24).

    UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48.
    International orders are shipped via DHL express (tracked).


    This means that no matter where you are, you'll have your watch on wrist in no time!

    Where are order shipped from?

    Every order is shipped direct from our UK base in Bristol.

    What is your return policy?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please use our contact form or get in touch via email to arrange a free return: contact@pompeak.com

    Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is undamaged and unused.

    How do I change the battery?

    The beauty of mechanical watches is that there is no battery used. The Sub-Aquatic features automatic/self-winding mechanical movements and a 38 hour power reserve to minimize the need for manual winding.

    What is your warranty policy?

    To ensure your timepiece keeps ticking well, we suggest servicing every 2-5 years, depending on usage. Should you encounter any manufacturing issues at all within the first 2 years of owning the watch, get in touch and we'll put it right, free of charge. This does not include water damage as the integrity of the water resistance is highly dependent on correct crown operation.

    What is "20ATM"?

    "20 ATM" / "200m water resistance" refers to the pressure seal rating of the watch where 1 ATM is 1 atmosphere of pressure at seal level. 20 ATM = 20 atmospheres of pressure, which is often shown as, and tested at 200m of static water.

    What this means in reality is that you are safe to take your watch in the shower, for a swim and recreational diving provided all seals are in good condition and the crown is securely screwed in.
