I can't overstate how much I love this watch, it is beautiful, incredibly easy to read and to top it all off, the Pompeak service was flawless!

I must admit I was slightly disappointed on first seeing it, as some of the product images make the sunburst effect look stronger than it is in person. However, that initial disappointment quickly evaporated, the dial is beautiful, the finish is amazing and the the polishing on the indices make them really pop. This watch has quickly become the crown of my collection.

Functionally, this watch is great, legibility is just amazing and the movement accuracy is incredible, mine is running at +0.5s/day average, that meets both the Omega and Rolex accuracy standards.

Pompeak’s customer service was extremely fast, friendly, and immediately offered a replacement strap as mine had minor scuffs - genuinely excellent support.

Highly recommended!

    How are products shipped?

    All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (we aim for 24).

    UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48.

    Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is undamaged and unused.

    How do I change the battery?

    The beauty of mechanical watches is that there is no battery used. The Mallory Collection features automatic/self-winding mechanical movements and a 41 hour power reserve to minimize the need for manual winding.

    What is your warranty policy?

    To ensure your timepiece keeps ticking well, we suggest servicing every 2-5 years, depending on usage. Should you encounter any manufacturing issues at all within the first 2 years of owning the watch, get in touch and we'll put it right, free of charge. This does not include water damage as the integrity of the water resistance is highly dependent on correct crown operation.

    What is "10ATM"?

    "10 ATM" / "100m water resistance" refers to the pressure seal rating of the watch where 1 ATM is 1 atmosphere of pressure at seal level. 10 ATM = 10 atmospheres of pressure, which is often shown as, and tested at 100m of static water.

    What this means in reality is that you are safe to take your watch for a swim or shallow snorkel, provided the crown is securely screwed in.
